Behind BPH is Serbulent Gokcenoglu, whose professional journey across furniture production, sourcing, procurement, and international trade shaped the foundation of the business.

Founder’s career developed through hands-on involvement in the interiors industry – working closely with manufacturers, fabric houses, logistics partners, interior designers, and developers. Over time, he gained a rare end-to-end understanding of how furniture is designed, produced, transported, and installed. More importantly, he saw where projects often struggled.

Too many strong design ideas were compromised by fragmented processes, unclear communication, and a lack of accountability between design intent and production reality.

Bespoke Procurement House was created to solve that problem.

Experience That Shaped the Vision

Before founding BPH, Serbulent worked directly with suppliers and manufacturers, managed procurement processes, coordinated logistics, and supported live projects from early specification through to final delivery. He often found himself acting as the bridge between creative teams and production partners — translating vision into something that could be built, delivered, and installed correctly.

Through this experience, one principle became clear: successful interiors depend as much on precision, communication, and control as they do on design.

Rather than operating as a traditional supplier, Serbulent envisioned a business that would act as a true project partner — one that understands both the creative and technical sides of furniture production.

Bespoke Procurement House specialises in bespoke furniture manufacturing, luxury brand sourcing, and procurement support for interior designers, developers, and hospitality clients.

We outsource production to trusted manufacturers — primarily in Turkey — allowing us to offer flexibility, craftsmanship, and controlled lead times without compromising on quality. Alongside bespoke production, we supply a curated portfolio of luxury furniture brands from across Europe, giving clients access to both custom-made solutions and established collections through a single point of contact.
