We hold trade accounts across the European luxury furniture houses and the British specialist makers that high-end joinery actually depends on. If it is a name people think of when they think of luxury furniture, we can almost certainly supply it.
Tell us the brand. We will confirm the account and come back with a net price.
Furniture and beds
Eichholtz — Dutch decorative furniture and lighting. Broad catalogue, reliable lead times, and a house style that sits well alongside bespoke pieces.
Hypnos — British bed and mattress maker. Specified by size and tension; the sensible default on residential packages where the client cares about sleep rather than the label.
Italian upholstery and seating houses, German and Italian kitchen systems, and contemporary casegoods makers are all available through our accounts. Ask about a specific name.
Ironmongery, metalwork and glass
This is where high-end joinery is won or lost. The cabinetry can be perfect and the wrong handle will still spoil it.
Joseph Giles — architectural ironmongery. Hanging rails, edge pulls and levers in matt and waxed dark bronze. Used throughout a recent central London apartment.
Studio Ore — solid brass sanitaryware and lacquered bronze. Tapware, wastes and minimalist bottle traps that match across a scheme.
Novocastrian — British architectural metalwork. Dark brass waxed and patinated finishes, made to drawing.
Rough Old Glass — antiqued and foxed mirror glass. Hand-finished, specified by sample, and the reason a mirrored cupboard reads as joinery rather than a wardrobe door.
Materials and fabrics
Rose Uniacke — fabrics and interiors. Heavyweight linens used as wardrobe back panels and upholstered surfaces.
Egger — Austrian panel products. The carcass material behind most of our cabinetry, and the reason a budget carcass is rarely a false economy.
Stone is sourced by slab against approved samples rather than by brand — Arabescato, Breccia Medicea, honed whites. On any project where one stone appears in several rooms we select from a single block so the scheme reads as one.
What trade access is worth
Our accounts sit across every project we run rather than one studio’s annual spend, so the discount tier is generally better than a design practice achieves on its own. On most branded pieces we can beat a designer’s own trade price.
You see the list price, the discount applied and the net price on every quotation line. There is no undisclosed uplift.
Specifying around a brand
Where a specified piece is discontinued, over budget or on a lead time that will not work, we come back with alternatives holding the same design intent — proportion, material, finish — with price and lead time against each.
Sometimes the right answer is to have it made instead. A bespoke piece to the same drawing, produced in Turkey, can land well under the branded original. We will tell you when that is the case and, just as importantly, when it is not.
