Bespoke Procurement House – Terms & Conditions
1. About Us
Bespoke Procurement House is a trading name of Brands Tree Limited, registered in England & Wales, company number [15485380], with registered office at 12 Old Bond Street, London W1S 4BPW.
2. Basis of Contract
2.1 All quotations issued by us are valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 A contract is formed when a purchase order or written confirmation is received from you, and deposit payment is made.
2.3 Any variation to these terms must be agreed in writing.
3. Bespoke Manufacturing & 3rd Party Products
3.1 All bespoke products are made to order to your specifications and are therefore non-refundable.
3.2 We can produce 99% of all design requests, subject to feasibility and compliance checks.
3.3 Where you order 3rd party branded products through us, we supply under the brand’s own terms. Our responsibility is limited to procurement and logistics.
3.4 Samples, images, and CAD drawings are for illustration purposes only. Final products may vary slightly due to handmade processes, with tolerances up to 5%.
4. Measurements & Access
4.1 You are responsible for ensuring all items can be delivered and installed within your property.
4.2 Additional costs may apply if items require disassembly, reworking, or return due to access issues.
5. Pricing & Payment
5.1 Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
5.2 A 50% deposit is required to confirm orders. Balance must be paid 10 working days before delivery.
5.3 We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments at 5% above Bank of England base rate.
6. Delivery & Installation
6.1 Delivery is considered complete once products arrive at your specified location or are collected from our premises.
6.2 We offer installation and QC checks. Old furniture removal is not included.
6.3 Delivery dates are estimates; we are not liable for delays outside our control.
6.4 Storage beyond 14 days may incur fees of 10% of order value per week.
7. Inspection & Acceptance
7.1 You (or your representative) must inspect items upon delivery. Any issues must be reported in writing within 48 hours.
7.2 “Unexamined” or “Unchecked” signatures will not be accepted for claims.
7.3 Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
8. Returns & Cancellations
8.1 Bespoke orders and custom-made goods are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
8.2 3rd party items may be subject to the supplier’s own return policy and restocking fees.
8.3 Clearance or ex-display items are sold as seen and are non-refundable.
9. Title & Risk
9.1 Title transfers to you only once full payment has been received.
9.2 Risk passes to you upon delivery or collection.
10. Warranty
10.1 BPH warrants structural integrity of bespoke manufactured frames for 5 years.
10.2 Fabrics, finishes, fillings, and mechanisms are subject to normal wear and are not covered.
10.3 Warranty excludes misuse, neglect, or third-party alterations.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
