How a package is put together

Every item on the schedule gets routed to whichever supply is right for it. A single residential package will typically mix:

Branded pieces bought at trade through our accounts
Bespoke pieces made to drawing in Turkey, where the design is specific or the branded equivalent is priced beyond the budget
UK-made upholstery, where freight makes no sense and the fabric is being supplied separately

A recent five-bedroom residential package ran exactly this way — a formal living room, an open living and dining area and bedrooms, priced with bespoke ranges alongside branded seating and a Hypnos mattress specification, with white-glove delivery and installation as a single line.

We priced the whole schedule twice, once through Turkish manufacture and once through UK, and gave the client both.

Phasing

Hospitality and larger residential projects rarely want everything at once. Goods land in UK warehousing and are released by floor, by phase, or by room as the site is ready.

This is a real part of the service rather than a courtesy. A hotel that takes ninety bedrooms of furniture into a building that is two weeks behind has a storage problem and a damage problem.

Snagging

We walk the finished install with you. Anything marked, wrong or missing is ours to replace, and the goods stay our responsibility until you sign them off.
