What we do

Contract furniture procurement

You have a specification. We get it bought properly — at the right price, on a lead time you can plan around, delivered where it needs to be, in London or anywhere in the UK.

What this covers

  • Sourcing against a specified schedule, or proposing pieces where the schedule says “TBC”
  • Trade pricing through our accounts with the major European luxury houses
  • Specification matching where a piece is discontinued, over budget, or on an impossible lead time
  • Order placement, confirmations, and chasing the confirmations that never arrive
  • Lead-time management across a schedule where every supplier has a different one
  • Incoterms handled correctly, so the delivery basis is not a surprise
  • Consolidated delivery to one place on one date

Why the pricing works

Our accounts sit across every project we run rather than a single studio’s annual spend, so the discount level is generally better than a design practice achieves alone. On most branded pieces we can beat a designer’s own trade price.

We show you the list price, the discount and the net price on every line. You will not find an undisclosed uplift buried in a total.

Specification matching

Half of procurement is dealing with the piece that cannot be had. Discontinued, twenty-two weeks out, or forty per cent over budget.

We come back with alternatives that hold the design intent — proportion, material, finish — with the price and lead time next to each, so the decision is yours and it takes one email rather than three weeks.

Lead times, managed honestly

Branded furniture runs to the manufacturer’s lead time, and those range from four weeks to six months. We tell you the real one at quotation stage, not the optimistic one.

Where a piece will hold up an install, we say so early enough to change it.

Consolidation

The point of the service. Eleven suppliers, four countries, three currencies and a dozen delivery dates become one schedule, one contact, one invoice and one delivery window.

Goods land in our UK warehousing and are released when site is ready.

What a schedule looks like coming back

Item by item: photograph, description with dimensions, quantity, list price, discount, unit price, line total. Then delivery and installation as separate lines, VAT shown separately, and terms at the foot.

Standard terms are sixty per cent on order and forty per cent before delivery, with quotations valid for fourteen days.
