Who we work with

For interior designers and architects

Most of our furniture procurement work comes from interior designers. It is the relationship we built the company around, and the terms are deliberately simple.

You keep the client

We do not contact your client. Not during the project, not after it, not for marketing. Your name goes on the scheme; ours goes on the delivery note if you want it there and nowhere at all if you do not.

This is written into the contract, not just promised in a meeting.

How the commercial side works

We work with designers on a signed profit-share agreement. You bring the project and the specification. We source, cost, produce and deliver it. The margin is agreed in advance, per project, and you see the item-by-item numbers before anything is ordered.

No hidden uplift discovered at invoice stage. If you want to know what a piece costs us, ask.

What you stop doing

  • Chasing eleven suppliers for prices that arrive in three currencies
  • Explaining Incoterms to a brand’s sales admin who does not know them either
  • Discovering at week nine that the fabric was never ordered
  • Coordinating four delivery dates into one install window
  • Arguing with a freight forwarder about a damaged crate

We do that. It is most of what the job actually is.

What you get on pricing

We hold trade accounts with the major European luxury furniture houses. In practice our pricing on branded pieces is usually better than a design studio gets on its own account, because our volume sits across every project we run rather than yours alone.

On bespoke work the gap is wider. Our joinery and case goods are made in Turkey, and the saving against a comparable London workshop is not marginal.

You can keep that difference as margin, or pass it to the client and win the job. That is your call, and we do not have a view on it.

Where the work is made

We are open about this because it is the reason the numbers work.

Bespoke joinery and furniture is manufactured in Turkey, in workshops we use repeatedly and visit during production. Very high-end joinery and most upholstery goes to London workshops, where the specification justifies the rate and the freight does not eat the saving.

On one recent residential package we priced the identical schedule through both routes and handed the client the comparison side by side. You are welcome to ask for the same.

Specification level

We are comfortable at the top of the market. A recent London flat ran to Arabescato stone worktops, Joseph Giles ironmongery, Novocastrian metalwork, Studio Ore brassware, antiqued mirror glass and a Rose Uniacke linen back panel, across a twenty-item joinery schedule with drawings for every unit.

If your spec names makers rather than materials, we can work from it.

Common questions

Do you work to my drawings or produce your own? Either. We will work from your drawing set, or produce manufacturing drawings from your intent and send them for approval before anything is cut.

Can I see samples before committing? Yes, and you should. Finish samples, stone samples and fabric cuttings go out before production on every project.

What happens if something arrives damaged? We replace it. The goods are our responsibility until they are installed and signed off.

Will you quote against a supplier I already use? Yes, and if they are cheaper we will tell you.
